Master classes from John Jasperse, Martha Myers, Ayo Janeen Jackson, Donald McKayle, Carlotta Sontana (flamenco), Gene Medler (tap), Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, Miguel Gutierrez, Doug Varone & Dancers, and many more. I attended weekly Choreolabs & danced at the improvisation jams.

∑ Flamenco exam (November '99) for Preparatorio & Primer Curso levels with the Spanish Dance Institute & received "High Honors with Distinction" for Preparatorio and "Highly Commended" for Primer Curso. Currently in Tercer Curso.

∑ Dance Exchange '00 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) –a two-day workshop that consists of learning other dance forms. (Tap, Irish, Lyrical Jazz, Jazz, Modern)

∑ Dance Exchange '99 (Bangkok, Thailand) - a two-day workshop of improvisation.

∑ Dance Excellence, a convention in Los Angeles during Spring Break (March '00). A week-long workshop of different forms of dance (Hip Hop tap, Rhythm tap, Classical Ballet, MTV-style Hip Hop, lyrical jazz, contemporary jazz, and lyrical).

∑ Dance Teacher at Dance Circle Studios (Summer '01) – I taught kids aged 3-5 KinderDance, which is a creative movement class designed specifically for the kids to have fun dancing & to introduce some basic ballet movements. Along with that I taught beginners ballet to young dancers aged 7-8, Funk Jazz for kids, and Intermediate Hip Hop. This was a paid job.

∑ Interim Semester, Teacher Apprenticeship '00-'01, I did this for 2 years in a row. The 1st year, I taught grades 3-5 ESL (English as a Second Language). The 2nd year, I taught grades 6-8 Dance.

∑ Summer Discovery '98- I was a teacher assistant for the kindergarten-level during the summer of '98.

∑ Cultural Convention '01; "Spiritual Decay" performed by SAS Dance team (elite group) in Manila, Philippines "Spiritual Decay" is about the loss of identity as technology engulfs humanity. Our piece is mainly modern with hints of African, ethnic, lyrical, hip hop, and jazz. (20 min. piece)

∑ Nightmare before Christmas (Dec. '00); danced the part of "Zero" (the ghost dog).

∑ Choreographers' Showcase '01, "The Exodus" a lyrical modern piece; a tribute to the innocent lives lost during World War II. "Farruca" a Flamenco solo in collaboration with Rose Borromeo.

∑ Cultural Convention '01, "Spiritual Decay", everyone contributed to the choreography.

∑ Nightmare before Christmas (Dec. '00); "Reindeers' dance" a lyrical/ballet piece.

∑ Absolute Dance a.k.a Choreographer's Showcase '00, "Irish Flare" an Irish dance. "I'm Singin' in the Rain" a solo tap dance.
